EAST LIVERPOOL -- Kayla Foster of East Liverpool is announcing the birth of her daughter, Willow RaeLee Foster, born Feb. 16, 2020 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Boardman. Willow weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 inches long. She joins a sister, Marley Ayieamarie Kiefer.
Grandparents are Patti Foster of Petersburg, Ohio and Jeremie Utes of Massillon, Ohio.
Great-grandparents are Sandra Reynolds and James Reynolds, both of East Liverpool.
