EAST LIVERPOOL -- Cassandra Exline and Jason Ours of East Liverpool are announcing the birth of their daughter, Madelyn Grace Ours, born Jan. 27, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman. Madelyn weighted 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Emily Walker, Johnny Exline, Donald Ours Jr., and Tanya Dowdy, all of East Liverpool.
Great-grandparents are Paul Tice, Diane Tice; Donald Ours Sr., and Patricia Ours, both of Midland, Pa.
