EAST LIVERPOOL -- Matthew and Courtney Beatty of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Blaine Matthew Beatty, born Nov. 3, 2019 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Boardman. Blaine weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. He joins siblings, Weston and Blakely Beatty.
Grandparents are Smiley and Elaine Richards of Columbiana and Sandy Beatty of East Liverpool.
Great-grandparents are Max and Lora Cain of East Liverpool and Margie Lewis of Columbiana.
