EAST LIVERPOOL -- Natalie Pease and Paris Winterburn of East Liverpool are announcing the birth of their son, Oliver Wayne Winterburn, born July 2, 2019 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Boardman. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Christy and Ronnie Pease of East Liverpool; Inda and Eric Akenhead of East Palestine; and Teresa and Corby Winterburn of Henderson, Nev.
