EAST LIVERPOOL -- Stephanie Flowers and Joshua Riera of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Nathaniel Joseph Flowers, born Jan. 28, 2019 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Boardman. He weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Pete and Peggy Flowers of East Liverpool and Yosef and Ileana Riera of Florida.
Great-grandparents are Barbara Pease, of East Liverpool and the late Bill Pease; Linda Flowers of East Liverpool and the late Pete Flowers Sr.
