CLEVELAND -- Bruce Stacey and Emily Householder Stacey of Cleveland, are announcing the birth of their son, Theodore Jay Stacey, born Dec. 3, 2018 at Metrohealth in Cleveland. He weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Jay and Joy Householder of Calcutta, and Bruce and Mindy Stacey of Lisbon.
Great-grandparents are Shirley Guy of Weirton, W.Va.; Jay Householder Sr., of Calcutta; JoAnn Smith of Lisbon; and Perry and Barb Hall of East Liverpool.
