EAST LIVERPOOL -- William J. Reed II, and Tara L. Slagle of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Collin Joseph Reed, born at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman. He weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 21 inches long. He joins a brother, Grady.
Grandparents are Terry and Shawnee Slagle of East Liverpool, Elizabeth Roe of Wellsville and William and Tyra Reed of East Liverpool.
