EAST LIVERPOOL -- Joseph and Mallory Wines of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Luca Joseph Wines, born Aug. 21, 2017 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Boardman. He weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 19.75 inches long.
Grandparents are Liz Wines and Richard Shilling; Rhonda Schell and Jeff Edgell; Keith Wines; and Marvin and Paula Schell, all of East Liverpool.
Great-grandparents are Jerry and Donna Wines; Vesta Ferlaino and Jerry Adkins, all of East Liverpool.
