LISBON – Heath and Shasta Rankin of Lisbon, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Harmony Ann Rankin, born April 12, 2016. She weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 18.5 inches long. She joins a brother Hunter.
Grandparents are Bonnie Allison of Chester, and the late Byron Allison; Keith Rankin and Pauline Rankin, both of Lisbon.
Great-grandparents are Shirley Tinkey of Wellsville and Eldon Rankin of Calcutta.
