EAST LIVERPOOL – Tommy Reed and Britnie Flores of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their twin sons, Isaac James Reed and Isaiah Thomas Reed, born Jan. 13, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman. They both weighed 1 pound, 15 ounces.
