EAST LIVERPOOL – Joshua and Jackie Van Horn of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Addilyn Sue Van Horn, born Dec. 13, 2015 at Trinity West in Steubenville. She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 21 inches long. She joins her big brother, Dominic Van Horn.
Grandparents include, Marie Taylor, and Richard Thrasher both of Wellsville, and the late Tammy Thompson of Wellsville and the late Bradley Van Horn of Salem.
