EAST LIVERPOOL – Ashley Powell and Justin Gilbert of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Jace Carson Gilbert, born Sept. 15, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman. He weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces. He joins sister Raegan Gilbert.
Grandparents are Brooke and John Cox of East Liverpool; Kisten and Major McDowell of Wellsville; and the late Brenda Powell.
Great-grandparents are Jim and Ann Gilbert of East Liverpool; Ellen Duty of Chester; and Ruth Helms of East Liverpool.
