NEW CUMBERLAND – Angie and Tom Chaffin of New Cumberland, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Brinley Michelle Chaffin, born Feb. 9, 2015 at Weirton Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins brothers Tommy, Christian, and Maddox and sister Presley.
Grandparents are Gretchen Potts of Chester and the late Terry Potts and Tim and Carol Neeley of New Cumberland and the late Edison Chaffin II.
