Halls celebrate 52 years

EAST LIVERPOOL -- Mr. and Mrs. John Hall of East Liverpool celebrated their 52nd Anniversary with a surprise picnic given by their family.

The couple also celebrated with a trip to Sugarcreek and Berlin Ohio.
