EAST LIVERPOOL -- Alvin M. and Della L. Palmer of East Liverpool, celebrated their 60th Anniversary on Dec. 26, 2017.
Mr. Palmer retired from Ohio Edison power plant and Mrs. Palmer was a homemaker.
They have five children: Patricia, Alvin Jr., Yvonne, Bruce and Kevin; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A private family dinner is planned at a later date.
