EAST LIVERPOOL -- Samantha Howell and Dustin Randolph of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Annabella Grace Randolph, born June 21, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman. She weighed 4 pounds, 11 ounces and was 17.75 inches long. She joins siblings Kyila and Abel Randolph.
Grandparents are Lori and Rafford Lawrence of Wellsville; Jim Howell, Amy Hissom and Richard Randolph, all of East Liverpool.
Great-grandmother is Jane Bailey of Wellsville.
