WELLSVILLE--Joseph and Shannon Lucas, of Wellsville, are announcing the birth of their son, Garrett Matthew, born on April 12, 2017 at Trinity Hospital in Steubenville. He weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long. He joins a brother, Joey, at home.
Grandparents are Gary and Diana Lyle of Wellsville; Cassandra Lucas and Gary Conzett of East Liverpool; and Jeffrey and Pam Lucas of West Point.
Great-Grandparents are Sherry LeMasters; Joseph Lyle; and Joseph and Cathrine Pappas, all of Wellsville.
