EAST LIVERPOOL- Reece and Alethea Kelly of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Lane Marie Kelly, born July 18, 2016 at Northside Medical Center in Youngstown. She weighed 9 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Philip and Janice Kelly of East Liverpool; Connie Williams of Chandler, Ariz.; and Bill Ypsilanti of Tempe, Ariz.
Great-grandmother is Alma Kelly of East Liverpool.
