EAST LIVERPOOL – Chelsey Carnegie and John Bell of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Peyton Elizabeth Bell, born Dec. 5, 2015, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Boardman. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Bill and Billiee Joe Carnegie of East Liverpool and Dave and Buffy Bell of Wellsville.
