EAST LIVERPOOL – Adam and Kelly (Linger) Bowyer of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Liliana Ruth Bowyer, born May 12, 2016 at Beaver Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 19 inches long. She joins siblings Sidney and Blake.
Grandparents are Steven and Susan Linger and Scott and Kathy Bowyer, all of East Liverpool.
