EAST LIVERPOOL – Annette Volino and Ian Palmer of East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Wesley James Palmer, born April 28, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman. He weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Tina and Dave Volino of East Liverpool and Jan and Tim Palmer of Wellsville.
Great-grandparent is Dominic Volino of East Liverpool.
