EAST LIVERPOOL – Norman Merritt and Beverly Temple of East Liverpool are announcing the birth of their son, William Dominic Merritt, born Dec. 28, 2015 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Boardman. He weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 19 inches long. He joins siblings, Austin, Bryce, Caiden, Norman, Elijah and Lyrics.
