WELLSVILLE – Randy Saracco and Holly Maddy of Wellsville, are announcing the birth of their son, Lucas Michael Saracco, born Nov. 1, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. He weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long.
