EAST LIVERPOOL – Kenny and Nicole Williams of East Liverpool are announcing the birth of their son, Ryan Oliver Williams, born June 12, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces. He joins siblings James, Dylan, Joey, Tyler and Hannah.
