EAST LIVERPOOL – Kacey and Jennifer Francis, Winston Drive, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Lauren Charlotte Francis, on May 9 at Salem Regional Medical Center.
Lauren weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce at birth and joins siblings Christian and Emma Francis.
Maternal grandparents are Gordon and Charlotte Todd, East Liverpool.
Paternal grandparents are Kim and Nancy Francis, Wellsville and Randy and Sherry Clark, East Liverpool.
