In Columbiana County Municipal Court Michael A. Hamilton, 29, East Fourth Street, Salem, was sentenced 210 days jail with credit for 108 days and 72 days suspended and placed on two years probation for theft and public indecency for dropping his pants, exposing his genitals and engaging in a sex act at the Shell gas station in Salem and also taking a candy bar without paying on Dec. 19, 2017.
Jacob S. Miller, 34, Granite Street, Salem, was fined $100, sentenced 30 days jail with 27 days suspended and placed on two years probation for drug paraphernalia.
Shuan M. Shasteen, 39, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was fined $100 for violating license requirement and operating an all purpose vehicle without proper lights.
