In Municipal Court Wednesday, James R. Moore, 43, Draylane, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and $30 for no seat belt.

Two counts of endangering children against Bethany N. Vandyke, 24, North Shadylane, were amended to parental responsibility violations, for which she was fined $100. She is to continue cooperating with the Department of Jobs and Family Services as part of her sentence. Police charged Vandyke after they reported she left her two children, including an infant, in her vehicle in the Rite Aid parking lot while she went inside the store.

Jenelle M. Oliver, 39, Lisbon-Canfield Road, Leetonia, was fined $975, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, had her license suspended two years and was placed on probation three years for OVI, second offense. For a turn signal violation, she was fined $30.

In Municipal Court Tuesday, a jury trial was set April 12 for Shauntrice K. Carter, 24, Moore Street, charged with obstructing official business.

Second arraignment was set March 28 for Edward D. Cline Jr., 44, Independence Square, Wellsville, charged with no operator’s license, second offense, and unsafe vehicle.

n A pretrial was rescheduled to March 6 for Amanda DeFrancesco, 28, Aliquippa, Pa., after the alleged victim failed to appear for Tuesday’s hearing. She is charged with domestic violence.

A pretrial was scheduled March 14 for James T. Keys, 31, Columbus, on charges of domestic violence and possession of marijuana. A review was set the same day on past convictions for possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and marked lanes.
