Ryan S. Middleton, 43, Jackson Street, Minerva, was fined $735, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail, required a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, left of center and a seat belt violation.
Steven Caravella, 54, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense.
A Nov. 2 pretrial was set for Bruce Ferguson Fane, 33, South Market Street, East Palestine, cited with possession of drugs and possession of instruments to ingest/inhale a controlled substance.
William R. Halligan, 52, Black Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and credited with 13 days in jail for endangering children for having his 7-year-old great granddaughter in the car while he drove to the store intoxicated.
Vicki L. Lambert, 57, Pine Lake Road, Beloit, pleaded no contest to criminal trespassing and a sentencing hearing was set for Nov. 20. Lambert came onto the property of a Winona Road resident on Sept. 29.
A Nov. 27 competency hearing was set for James V. Tressler, 30, West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with inducing panic for allegedly telling employees of Huntington Bank in East Palestine that he had a bomb on Sept. 28.
A Dec. 14 pretrial was set for Kellie A. Winn, 28, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly scratching her husband, Kevin Winn during an argument on Tuesday.
Michael Pavlov, 20, Navarre, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Sebastion P. Crean, 20, state Route 558, Leetonia, was credited with four days served in jail and fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for allegedly pushing his live-in girlfriend Jamie Davis against a wall, choking her and punching her in the chest on June 12.
Charles R. Courtney III, 32, Vine Street, Salem, was fined $150, required 20 hours community service, credited with 13 days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 17 days for theft and obstructing official business. Courtney took money from a DTF agent to purchase drugs and did not return with the money or drugs on Sept. 23 and then refused to come out of his apartment following multiple requests on Sept. 30.
Tracy L. Swinehart, 45, South Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 driving under suspension.
Scott Freet, 31, Goshen Road, Salem, was fined $500, required 30 hours community service, credited with seven days served and sentenced to an addition 23 days in jail for violating a protection order, leaving the scene and assured clear distance. Freet was with two children listed on a protection order when he was being investigated following a crash on Aug. 26.
Charles J. Burke, 70, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Brett A. Black, 23, East Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $200, credited with a day served in jail and required 20 hours community service for aggravated menacing and criminal damaging. Black threatened to kill Eric Ward on Oct. 14, 2016, and damaged both the front door of Ward?s home and a panel of Ward's vehicle.
Mark S. Bailey, 34, Y and O Road, Wellsville, was fined $150, credited with a day served, sentenced to 19 days in jail and required 20 hours community service for theft for taking his grandmother's car keys and her car without permission and using it to go buy drugs on Jan. 26.
Kaid D. Todd, 27, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $75 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of drug paraphernalia for digital scales and rolling papers.
An Oct. 19 pretrial was set for Jonathan F. Butts, 40, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with drug paraphernalia for a cut straw with white powder residue on top of his dresser on Wednesday.
An Oct. 24 pretrial was set for Dylan Viglio, 21, East Main Street, East Palestine, cited with falsification and underage consumption. Viglio allegedly consumed Four Loko alcohol on Aug. 19 and claiming he was stabbed after being jumped by three or four people, a story which was later disproved by police.
A Nov. 28 pretrial was set for Gordon W. Dawes III, 57, Plymouth Place, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and speeding.
A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Tracy L. Swinehart, 45, South Elm Street, Columbiana, cited with left of center. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed due to a clerical error.
A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Mark David Yaros, 37, Rochester, Pa., cited with expired validation decal.
A Dec. 7 pretrial was set for Rachel M. Morris, 37, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, cited with non-compliance driving under suspension and red light.
Abby L. Pierson, 23, Academy Street, Salineville, was fined $50 and credited with 16 days in jail for theft for taking money for Lori Pierson?s account through the ATM in April.
Thomas Edward Macri Jr., 27, Mineral Ridge, was fined $100 for speeding.
Gary T. Parsons, 32, Canton, was fined $100 for driving under suspension and a headlights violation.
Mark R. Kenney, 60, Youngstown, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Anatoliy O. Symoni, 27, East Bayton Street, Alliance, was fined $80 for speeding and no motorcycle endorsement.
John M. Simonds, 55, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $70 for speeding and driving under suspension.
George Bollinger Jr., 57, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $60 for no license and failure to control.

David M. Peel, 55, Old state Route 344, Leetonia, was not fined for a records violation, for failing to keep records on purchases of aquaculture species.

A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Justin J. Novak, 35, Columbia Street, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to shoot or come back to kill Dave Fisher on Oct. 8.
A Nov. 14 pretrial was set for Gary A. Shell Jr., 21, South Beaver Street, Lisbon, charged with four counts of theft for allegedly entering vehicles and taking items from them on Oct. 7. Shell allegedly took about $16 from a vehicle owned by Marvin Lewis, a Ruger 380 magazine with six rounds in it from an SUV owned by Daniel Hastings, both a knife and utility knife from a vehicle owned by Jeff Fisher and about $50 in change from a truck owned by Tellez Construction.
