Columbiana County Common Pleas
Jacob L. Martin, 25, Staunton Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to attempted tampering with evidence and he faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. A sentencing hearing was set for Aug.17. Martin attempted to conceal a crack pipe and marijuana from investigators on April 2, 2016.
Anthony M. Gregory, 30, Plymouth Place, Salem, pleaded guilty to attempted failure to comply, two counts of OVI, driving under suspension and resisting arrest. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3. He tried to flee from police while intoxicated on Sept. 15, 2016.
Kevin R. Jackson, 33, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having less than five grams of cocaine. He faces up to a year in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 20.
