Blaine S. Perry II, 30, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to two counts of possession of drugs and one count of permitting drug abuse. On March 22, 2016, Perry had 2.75 grams of cocaine in the kitchen, .15 grams of cocaine in the master bedroom and .18 gram of heroin in his kitchen. Additionally, he allowed his home on Anderson Avenue to be used by three known drug dealers and acted as a runner for them. Sentencing is set for Oct. 23. He is facing up to three years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $7,500 fine.

Mary E. Kiehl, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of a drug of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility. Kiehl had nine and a half tablets of buprenorphine in a prescription bottle when she came to the county jail on Feb. 10, 2016. Sentencing is set for Oct. 23. She is facing up to a three-year prison term and a $10,000 fine.
