Tammy Cox, West Main Street, New Waterford, reported at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday she and Tim Neeld rent unit five at All Storage on state Route 14 in Unity Township and were notified by the owner, Dale Grubb, that their unit was broken into. They found a jewelry box in their unit was emptied and there were other items gone also.
Haley Graham, Laughlin Road, Salineville, reported a suspicious vehicle on her road at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday. A dark colored Monte Carlo had been driving by slowly several times. Deputies checked the area but did not find a vehicle matching that description.
Ben Kibbe, U.S. Route 62, Damascus, reported a suspicious older style SUV sitting by the dumpsters at the Damascus Friends Church at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday. Deputies checked the area but did not find any vehicle on the property.
Ashley Pugh asked deputies to check on Junior Hill at a Y and O Road, Lisbon, home at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Hill had been at a hospital but checked himself out. He declined an offer to have EMS come and check on his vital signs and was told to call the sheriff's office dispatchers if he needed anything.
