CALCUTTA -- The Rev. David Joachim will be the special speaker during the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday at Long's Run Presbyterian Church. The title of his sermon is "What is Jesus Doing at Sangla Hill?" Scripture is from Acts 1. The Thank Offering collected, sponsored by the Presbyterian Women, will be given to support many missions. Sunday School begins at 9. Nursery is held during the service.
EAST LIVERPOOL -- Emmanuel Presbyterian Church welcomes Student Pastor Nancy DeStefano to the pulpit during the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday. Her sermon is titled "The Harvest is Coming". The Agape Choir will sing "Joyful Thanks". The annual Congregational meeting will follow at noon. All members are encouraged to attend.
WELLSVILLE -- The Wellsville Ministerial Alliance will hold their annual Community Thanksgiving Service 3 p.m. Sunday, at First Baptist, Center Street, Wellsville. Pastor Darren Rogers Sr. The service will include music provided by a Community Choir as well as representation by various churches within the community. Public invited.

Sunday School begins at 9:30. Pastor Vel Vais' topic is titled, "Thankful For the Right Reasons" with the text from Colossians 1:10-20. Children's Church and Nursery are provided during the service. The church is handicap accessible.

The children's message will be given by Judith Fannin. The offertory, "Prayer of Thanksgiving" will be sung by the Canticle Choir. Children and adult Sunday school begins at 10.
