Officers responded to Bloomfield Road for a possible domestic situation, where they spoke with Anthony Smith and Tiffany Watkins, no ages listed, both of whom asked why officers were there. They said there was no problem and denied fighting, but officers reported that, after speaking with them for awhile, Smith and Watkins began arguing with each other and had to be told several times to stop screaming at each other. They were advised if officers had to return they would be charged.
Officers responded to Sheetz for reports of a man who failed to pay for $20.71 worth of kerosene he pumped into a can. Surveillance video reportedly showed a license plate registered to Brian K. Miller, and East Liverpool police were asked to go to his address, but he was not located there.
A car fire was reported on Amarillo Lane, and officers found the vehicle smoking but no fire. The driver, Brianna Lubert, no age or address listed, reported she was trying to drive up a steep incline and was having trouble with another vehicle and the snow-covered roadway when the car ignited. She and her passenger jumped out. The Calcutta Fire Department responded and found multiple components underneath the hood had melted. The vehicle was towed by Calcutta Towing.
