CADIZ — East Liverpool managed one hit in a 9-0 loss to second-seeded Harrison Central in a Division IV sectional final Tuesday.

The Huskies (18-8) will host seventh-seeded Duncan Falls Philo in a district semifinal at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 20. Philo beat Indian Creek, 10-0, in five innings Tuesday.

The Potters were shutout for the seventh time, two against Harrison Central, and finished the season at 3-25 overall.

Kelsey Powers went 3-for-4 with two triples and three runs scored. Kara Blackburn also had three hits.

Chloe Galeoti singled for the Potters’ lone hit.
