Potters roll past Beavers
EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool’s bowling teams scored a pair of wins over Beaver Local on Tuesday at Walnut Lanes.
The Potter boys won 2,095-2,076 to improve to 10-3.
For the Potters, Jayden McDole had a 192 high game and a 370 series. Hunter Estell had a 194 high game and a 378 series.
For the Beavers, Michael Palmer had a 184 high game and a 352 series. Mikey Druschel had a 214 high game and a 367 series.
East Liverpool won the girls match, 2,017-1,515. Addison Rudibaugh had a 257 high game and a 407 series for the Potters, 9-3. Mollie Petrie had a 190 high game and a 378 series.
For Beaver, Baylee Newman had a 211 high game and a 337 series. Emmalee Wilder had a 143 high game and a 267 series.
East Liverpool hosts Brooke today for its senior night.
Wellsville ends
season perfect
EAST LIVERPOOL — Wellsville’s bowling team beat Youngstown Urban Scholars 1,996-1,150 on Tuesday to end the regular season at 18-0.
For the Tigers, Tyler Landess had a 264 high game with a 484 series. Makayla Landess added a 180 high game and a 348 series.
On Sunday, Wellsville beat Lordstown 2,024-1,908. Tyler Landess had a 223 high game and a 442 series. Landon Ramsey had a 214 high game and a 401 series.
Wellsville plays in the Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana Conference tournament on Friday at Amron Lanes in Canfield.
