Potters in good shape after strong doubles play

WEST LIBERTY, W. Va–East Liverpool boys tennis team competed in the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference doubles competition on Monday at West Liberty University.

The Potters finished the day tied with Cambridge for first place in Class 4A with six points.

Oak Glen’s boys tennis team sits a point behind the Potters with five.

East Liverpool was led by the doubles team of Terran Stacey and Austin Deering, who lost in the finals to University.

Action resumes at the Wheeling Park Bubble because of predicted rain today for OVAC singles action.
