Brenda Elliott

Brenda Elliott, 55, of East Liverpool passed away November 8, 2025, at her home surrounded by family. She was born on July 17, 1970, in East Liverpool the daughter of the late George and Sandra (Emler) Rowley. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Rosenberg and a brother George “Dana” Rowley.

She was a homemaker. Her family meant everything to her, especially her grandbabies.

She is remembered and greatly missed by her husband of 35 years, Steve Elliott, at home; her daughter Tiffany Elliott and two grandchildren, Sondra and Dana Elliott all of East Liverpool. She is also survived by a brother, Dutch Rowley, four nieces, Michelle, Chairity, Crystal and Ashley and two nephews Ryan and Dakotah and brother- in- law, Mike Rosenberg.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday November 13 2025, at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
