David Earl Stowers

David Earl Stowers, 62, of East Liverpool, passed away on Friday, Nov. 22, 2024, at his home located in Malvern, Arkansas, with his loving wife, Sheree, by his side after a life long battle of diabetes.

David was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on Nov. 29, 1961, a son Joan (Payne) Stowers and the late Dorsey Earl Stowers. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School class of 1980, ranked 9th in his class. David then received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Youngstown State University.

David worked at Arkansas Department of Health in Little Rock, Arkansas as a Section Chief in the Chronic Disease Division. David enjoyed creating spicy food cuisine, spending time with his wife and cats, and sky diving (one time….).

David leaves behind his wife of 25 years, Sheree. His Mother, Joan (Payne) Stowers. His three brothers, Brian Earl Stowers with his children Ryan and Dylan along with his wife Denise, Craig Earl Stowers with his children Matthew, Nicholas, and Mallory along his wife Carey, and Gregg Earl Stowers with his children Gregg Jr. and Alex along with his companion Missy.

David also leaves behind his wife’s beloved daughters Anna Smedley and Jennifer Jensen along with her husband Chris who resides in Arkansas. David loved his stepdaughters, along with their children, as if they were his own.

David will be laid to rest beside his father at Spring Grove Cemetery.
