Chelsey Dawn Beebout

Chelsey Dawn Beebout, 36, passed away Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, after a brave battle with cancer. She was born May 18, 1988, the daughter of Charles Wilson of Wellsville and Debbie Beebout of East Liverpool.

She attended First United Methodist Church and she was an avid Lakers fan. Besides her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Cambrie Beebout, of East Liverpool, a stepdad, Harvey Perry; a half-sister, Kylee Davis, of Youngstown; a half-brother, Chuckie Wilson of East Liverpool and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins that loved her.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 2 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell.
