John Robert ‘Bob’ Raffa

WELLSVILLE — John Robert “Bob” Raffa, 84, of Wellsville, died Sunday at East Liverpool City Hospital. He was born May 7, 1940, in East Liverpool, the son of the late John Arnold and Ella Gertrude (Allison) Raffa. Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with his arrangements.
