EAST LIVERPOOL — Kay Lorraine Adkins, 67, of East Liverpool, died Tuesday at her home. She was born in East Liverpool on July 30, 1953, the daughter of Ralph E. and Audrey M. (Snair) Compa. Arrangements are by the Dawson Funeral Home.
