WELLSVILLE — Paul W. Power, 71, of Wellsville, passed away on Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 in Columbus, following a lengthy illness.
Born in Norwalk, Ohio on June 29, 1948, he was a son to the late Charles W. and Betty Jane (Lucal) Power. Paul was a graduate of Western Reserve High School and a Veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a consultant for Nuclear Power plants before retiring.
Survivors include his wife Laura (Brant) Power of Wellsville; a son: Bryan Power of Burr Oak, Mich.; two daughters: Bobbi Power-Bryson and her husband David of Wellsville and Juli Conyer of East Liverpool; two brothers: Lynn Power of Elyria and Warren Power of LaGrange, Ohio; three sisters: Charlene French of Norwalk, Ohio; Elizabeth Fulling of Ashland, Ohio and Liana McDavitt of Sullivan, Ohio; 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: Wesley Power.
Visitation will be held at the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes in Calcutta on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019 from noon to 2 p.m. where the Tri-State Burial Group will accord full military honors at the funeral home at 2 p.m.
