LISBON — Jack B. Black, 60, of Lisbon, passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018 at his home.
Born June 2, 1958 in Salem, he was a son of the late George B. and Eleanor (Kurywczak) Black.
A 1976 graduate of United Local High School, he worked as a mechanic for the Zinni Golf Construction Company.
Survivors include his wife, Leatha (Buckley) Black; daughter, Audra A. Black of Alliance; sons, Travis A. Black of Kensington and Matthew A. Black of Lisbon; and brother, George B. Black Jr. of Lisbon.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Laura Lynn Black and son, Jason J. Black.
Following his wishes, no calling hours or funeral services will be observed at this time, but a memorial service will be held at a later date.
