SALEM — William Dean Wright, 79, of Salem died at 9:05 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017, at Salem Regional Medical Center.
Born May 19, 1938, in Lisbon, he was the son of the late Raymond and Laura (Wycoff) Wright.
Mr. Wright was retired as terminal manager of Advantage Tank Lines of Leetonia. A member of the St. Paul Catholic Church, he was a 1956 graduate of Fairfield High School.
Survivors include his second wife, Virginia “Jeanne” (Grier) Wright; two sons: Daniel Wright and Samuel Wright, both of Columbiana; a daughter, Tammy Raggozine of Fayetteville, Ga.; a stepson, James L. Potts of Boardman; a stepdaughter, Karen Potts of Columbiana; two brothers: Paul Wright of Lisbon and John Wright of Dayton; four grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
Preceding him in death was his first wife, O. Marie (Blosser) Wright, and three grandchildren.
A memorial mass is 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at St. Paul Catholic Church, with Father Robert Edwards officiating. A private graveside service held at a later date.
