Sheriff’s Office
— A deputy was dispatched at 12:30 a.m. Nov. 27 for a welfare check in Leetonia on Front Street, then learned a Leetonia officer was out and responded to the call, but asked for backup. The deputy assisted the Leetonia officer at the scene.
— A woman on Boston Street, Washingtonville reported at 10:01 p.m. Nov. 23 that her ex-boyfriend came to her residence and damaged her vehicle. A warrant was issued out of Columbiana County Municipal Court for criminal damaging for the man.
Highway Patrol
— Christopher Earl, of Carrie Lane in Leetonia, was cited at 5:16 p.m. Nov. 20 in Fairfield Township for a left of center violation, after traveling left of center while eastbound on state Route 558 and striking westbound Jason Rayle, of St. Jacobs Logstown Road in Leetonia, head on.
— Christina Fusco, of 7th Avenue in East Liverpool, was cited at 3:46 p.m. Nov. 21 in Elkrun Township for the turn signal violation, after she struck a southbound Scott Joy, of Hammond Park Drive in Wellsville, while she was changing lanes on state Route 11.
— Jeimy Gimenes, of Canton, was cited at 1:50 a.m. Nov. 29 in Center Township for t he right of way violation, after he was struck by Yasin Abdu of Columbus while attempting to turn left off state Route 172 onto U.S. Route 30.
— Marquea Tivis, of Birch Road in East Liverpool, was cited at 3:11 p.m. Nov. 29 in St. Clair Township for a right of way violation, after she backed out of a private driveway onto state Route 7 and into the path of Donald Franks, of Mogadore.
— Angela Williamson, of Hazel Run Road in Hammondsville, was cited for a failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign at 8:35 a.m. Nov. 25 in Washington Township. Williamson was stopped at a sign at the intersection of state Route 39 and Clarks Mill Road, when she pulled from the sign and was struck by a westbound Donald Hay, of state Route 39 in Wellsville.
— Danny Shultz, of Cliff Drive in Lisbon, was cited at 6:56 p.m. Nov. 28 in Salem Township for a reasonable control charge, after he lost control of his vehicle while traveling eastbound on Miller Road, it went off the left side of the road and overturned.
— George Feezle, of Enon Valley, Pa., was cited at 2:50 p.m. Nov. 25 in Unity Township for a failure to yield from a stop sign violation, after striking Andrea Trotter, of Trotter Lane in Calcutta, near the intersection of state Route 170 and TR812.
— Crystal Geist, of Franklin Avenue in Salem, was cited at 6:05 p.m. Nov. 27 in Center Township for a stop sign violation, after striking a northbound vehicle driven by Mark Palmer, of Lisbon Road, near the intersection of Adams and Lisbon roads.
— Masha Elakano, of Pittsburgh, was cited at 3:27 p.m. Nov. 29 in Yellow Creek Township on Hibbets Mill Road after sideswiping a vehicle driven by Mark Frederick, of Oak Street in East Liverpool, who was traveling the opposite direction.
— Kristopher Smith, of Ohio Avenue in Salem, was cited at 5:13 a.m. Nov. 28 in Butler Township for hit-skip, failure to control and no seatbelt, after a single vehicle crash on state Route 9. After driving off the side of the road, striking a mailbox and over an embankment, Smith had abandoned the vehicle behind at the scene and not initially reported the crash. Patrol made contact and he allegedly told investigators that he had swerved to miss a deer and believed he was suffering from a concussion.

— Officers responded to a lock out at 7:52 p.m. at the Community Action Dental Center on Saltwell on Tuesday.
