— A female came on station at 2:50 p.m. Aug. 24 to make a report regarding a court order.

— Michael Stansfield, of Beaver Falls, was arrested at 5:54 a.m. Aug. 24 in the 100 block of State Route 14 on a physical control while under the influence following a welfare check.

— An unidentified female subject reported at 6:49 a.m. Aug. 23 in the 100 block of Allen Street that she was being harassed by an ex-boyfriend.

— Police took a report at 12:35 p.m. Aug. 22 in the village plaza parking lot.

— Illegally dumping was reported at 10:36 a.m. Aug. 22 in the dumpsters for Columbiana Manor Apartments. The unknown persons who were observed were driving a white box truck with lettering on the side face theft of services charges.

— Thomas Anderson, of Struthers, was cited at 6:24 p.m. Aug. 20 for driving under suspension, following a traffic stop on state Route 7 near Heck Road.

— A set of keys recovered along Fairfield Avenue was turned in to police lost-and-found at 3:12 p.m. Aug. 20.

— Sean Zentner, of Columbiana, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Aug. 19 on OVI, OVI refusal charges and driving under an OVI suspension charges following a traffic stop on North Elm Street. His vehicle was impounded.

— Police took a criminal mischief report at 8:32 a.m. Aug. 19 in the area of Green Valley Seed.

— A female subject filed a fraud report at 9:16 a.m. Aug. 18 on station.

Highway Patrol

— Landon Anderson, of Elm Street in Hanoverton, was cited at 11:10 p.m. Aug. 20 for reasonable control, after driving off the left side of the road and overturning while driving eastbound on state Route 172.

— Troopers are seeking an unidentified driver involved in a two-vehicle hit-skip crash while traveling west on Clinton Street in Hanoverton and turning left into a vehicle who was traveling eastbound driven by Valente Delarza, of North Market Street in East Palestine.

— Robert Bortz, of Votaw Drive in Lisbon, was cited for a traffic violation at 8:55 p.m. Aug. 21 in Middleton Township when he went left of center and sideswiped a vehicle driven by John Anderson, of Sunrise Drive in Lisbon, while traveling northbound on Township Road 836.

— Darlene Peterson, of Sidehill Road in Lisbon, was not cited after the trailer she was towing got caught on the tracks while crossing them on Riffle Road at 9:55 a.m. Aug. 24.

— An unidentified driver fled the scene after being involved in a single-vehicle crash at 6:04 p.m. Aug. 21 in Madison Township. He was traveling south on state Route 45 and drove off the right side of road, striking a trash can and culvert, two mailboxes, and a driveway. The vehicle re-entered the roadway, crossed the center line before driving off the lef t side of the road and struck a tree and pipe before leaving. No vehicle description was provided.

— Ashley Walton, of state Route 465 in Lisbon, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance at 1:25 p.m. Aug. 17 on state Route 45 in Salem Township, rearended a vehicle driven by Michaela Shasteen, of Rose Drive in Lisbon, and forced her into Marchelle Witherow, of Steubenville Pike in Salineville.

— Phillip Litchfield, of Ridge Road in East Rochester, was cited at 1 p.m. Aug. 22 for reasonable control, after laying his bike down on Township Road 723 after cresting a hill in West Township.

— Brandon Long, of Carey Road in Salem, was not cited, after crashing his vehicle following mechanical failures at 3:15 p.m. Aug. 18 on Steubenville Pike Road in Wayne Township.
