COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set Oct. 6 for Adam Long, 43, Ohio Avenue, Salem, charged with weapons while intoxicated for allegedly grabbing a gun from a vehicle and firing rounds into the ground in the parking lot at Reilly Elementary School in Salem on Sept. 26.

An affidavit said he told police he had been drinking all day and did not fire any gun. Three fragmented bullets were located in the ground near his vehicle. Bond was set at $20,000 cash or surety and he was ordered to have no firearms or have any contact at Reilly Elementary School in Salem.

A pretrial was set Nov. 28 for Amanda Crespo, 35, Front Street, Negley, charged with theft and possessing criminal tools for allegedly using the wrong bar code for 18 items totaling $371 at the self-checkout at Walmart on Dresden Avenue in St. Clair Township on Sept. 21.

A pretrial was set Nov. 10 for Kirk Price, 54, Eighth Avenue Lacroft, East Liverpool, charged with obstructing official business, drug paraphernalia and improper/expired registration. Price allegedly attempted to pull away from being arrested after a traffic stop at Sept. 21 in St. Clair Township, allegedly with a meth pipe in the vehicle

A pretrial was set Nov. 14 for Aaron Francis, 36, Huston Road, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a digital scale with white powder-like residue in the vehicle during a traffic stop on Sept. 17 in St. Clair Township. Francis was fined $30 for lighted lights.

A pretrial was set Nov. 15 for Dale Kinney, 43, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia after a burnt pipe and burnt glass pipe were found in the passenger door compartment near where he was seated in a vehicle during a traffic stop in St. Clair Township on Sept. 21.

Justin Minor, 23, Newell, W.Va., was fined $250 for disorderly conduct and was buying out 20 hours community service he was ordered to serve. Minor was intoxicated and had allegedly fled from an accident on state Route 11 in which he was a passenger.

Rachel Councell, 45, Yeager Drive, Wellsville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence, and also ordered to complete 10 hours community service. Councell was reportedly intoxicated and was pushing and hitting her husband during an incident Aug. 14 in Wellsville.

A pretrial was set Nov. 14 for Ramel Shephard, 26, Cleveland, charged with possession of marijuana during an alleged incident in East Liverpool on Sept. 20.

A pretrial was set Nov. 8 for Thomas Seitz, 56, Coolidge Street, East Liverpool, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, OVI second offense and failure to stop after an accident.

A pretrial was set Oct. 6 for Leo Hoerig, 39, Wooster, charged with speeding.

Ashley Sekely, 39, Union Street, Washingtonville, was fined $150 for possessing marijuana on Sept. 20, 2022 in Salem.

Charles Oggenfuss, 65, Lutz, Fla., was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle, amended from driving on left side.

Alice Backius, 32, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $185 for driving under suspension and speeding.

George Petties III, 38, Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, was fined $35 for speeding and had a charge of expired plates dismissed.

Dontay Johnson, 28, Greentree Place, Lisbon, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Jamie Dattilio, 43, Hawkins Lane, Columbiana, was fined $100 for speeding.

Ashley Allen, 24, Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Mariah Burns, 31, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $150 for speeding.
