LISBON –Chasity T. Buckius, 25, East Third Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to endangering children, a third-degree felony. On Sept 7, 2020, she created risk of harm or harmed a 5-month-old child. Sentencing is set for Feb. 17. She faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Robert B. Stein, 18, Industry, Pa., pleaded guilty to improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, for a Taurus .380 handgun found loaded with a six-round magazine in his vehicle on March 4. Sentencing is set for Feb. 11.

Justin B. Schroeder, 35, West Sixth Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and theft and placed on three years community control with 90 days to serve in the county jail. Schroeder broke into the Wellsville High School on Oct. 15, 2020, stole a part from a computer in the kitchen area and Monster Truck tickets from the wall in the cafeteria area.

Ciara White, 22, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. White was placed on a three-year intervention treatment plan.
