St. Clair Township

— Officers were dispatched to remove a subject at 1:24 a.m. Friday in the 49000 block of Foulks Drive.

— A female complainant reported at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday that her new car was damaged at Walmart, after a woman fell and her cart damaged her door. She was upset because the store would not provide the woman’s information to give to her insurance company.

— A drug overdose was reported at 11:42 p.m. Wednesday in the 49000 block of Calcutta Smithferry Road. The male was administered Narcan and transported to East Liverpool City Hospital.

— Police documented a complaint from a male subject at 1:19 p.m. Tuesday regarding his ex-girlfriend striking him in the 16000 block of Glenn Street. He just wanted a report and no charges.

— Three men were arrested at 5:04 p.m. Oct. 11 in the 15000 block of state Route 170 on drug charges, after a routine traffic stop. Jaime Pastore allegedly admitted tho the officer that he didn’t have a license to operate the vehicle and may have warrants for his arrest. His front seat passenger, David Adams, allegedly placed something down his pants and then under the seat. Pastore, Adams and the back seat passenger, Tyler Robinson, were asked to exit the vehicle. Police found syringes and scales on Adams, who they also served with an active warrant.

— Ware’s Auto Repair filed a complaint at 5:58 p.m. Oct. 11 in regards to a missing vehicle. According to the report, the car’s owner had contacted Ware regarding his 2004 Buick, which was not starting. After making repairs that included six spark plugs, one crank sensor, one ignition module and one ignition module connector, Ware contacted the client to report the vehicle was now operational as he requested and the bill was $679.30. Shortly before 5 p.m. Oct. 6, which was that same day, his vehicle was removed from the lot despite payment not being made. Security cameras footage showed that the car’s owner didn’t attempt to enter the office to pay instead starting the vehicle with the extra set of keys and driving off the property, according to the report. Attempts to contact the car’s owner, who has not been charged, have been unsuccessful for both Ware and St. Clair police.

Chester, W.Va.

— Hope Philllips, of Chester, was served with a Hancock County magistrate capias for driving while license suspended (DUI third offense), driving with license suspended (administrative) and defective equipment.

— Kimberly Donaldson, Youngstown, was arrested for DUI, driving with license suspended and obstructing officer.

— Austin Young, of Newell, W.Va., was arrested for DUI and driving while license suspended (third offense). He also was served with a Brooke County capias for driving while license suspended.

— Jennifer Osgood, of Pittsburgh, was arrested for DUI (first offense).

— Donald Johnson III, of East Liverpool, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended (third offense) and obstructing an office.

— Michelle Bezon, of Louisville Ohio, was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and marijuana).

— Karlee Walker, of Chester, was arrested on resisting arrest and fleeing on foot charges.

— Michael Rivetti, of Pittsburgh, was arrested on charges of DUI (second offense), possession of a controlled substance and driving while license suspended (third offense).

— Travis McKinnon, of Chester, was cited for fraudulent registration.
