Highway Patrol

— Donovan D. Garcia, 20, Elkton Road, Lisbon, was northbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 5:26 a.m. Oct. 4 when he struck a plastic crate laying in the right lane.

— Skyler M. Davis, 17, Goshen Road, Salem, was southbound on state Route 45, while Kane Borelli, 41, Bank Street, East Liverpool, was northbound. Davis crossed the center line, striking the left side of Borelli’s vehicle, then went off the left side of the road and struck an embankment. No injuries were listed on the report. Davis was cited as a juvenile traffic offender and with left of center.

County Sheriff

— Two deputies working a security detail at a wedding reception at Pine Ridge on Y Camp Road at 4:38 p.m., Oct. 1, were notified someone wandered into the woods and fell over a cliff. Deputies spoke with the injured man, who said it was his fault he had wandered away.

— An abandoned vehicle was reported parked on the berm of East Liverpool Road in Madison Township, at 6:16 a.m. Friday. The vehicle was off the roadway far enough and possibly broken down. Another deputy saw the vehicle parked there around midnight with no one around.

— A possible protection order violation was reported at 5:15 p.m. Oct. 6 near Sixteen School Road in Yellow Creek Township. A woman reported her daughter is listed on a protection order for a man who was at the school exercising in front of her on the field.

— A Sycamore Street, Knox Township, man reported at 8:22 p.m. Oct. 6 his neighbor has been coming onto his property and he has it on camera.
